Founded in 2001, A.P. FAB TECH (formerly known as A.P. Associates and A.P. Engineering) has grown from a small engineering firm to become one of India's leading contractors and suppliers in industrial solutions.

What started with a modest turnover of ₹5 lakhs per annum has now blossomed into a ₹32 crore enterprise, serving major companies across India with excellence in exhaust systems, acoustic treatments, and structural fabrication.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit at Machohall, Dasanapura Hobli, Bangalore North, stands as a testament to our growth and commitment to quality. With over 1000 successful projects across India, we continue to push boundaries and set new standards in industrial excellence.

Mr. Raju Srinivas

Founder and Managing Director of AP Fab Tech

Mr. Raju Srinivas is the visionary founder of AP Fab Tech, a leading name in the manufacturing of diesel generator acoustics. With a foundation of hard work and determination, he began his career after completing his 10th grade, gaining invaluable industry knowledge through hands-on experience with reputed organizations.

In 1998, driven by a passion for excellence and the support of his wife, Mr. Srinivas established AP Fab Tech with a modest team of four employees and an initial turnover of ₹50,000. Over the past 25 years, his strategic leadership, focus on quality, and commitment to innovation have propelled the company to remarkable heights.

Today, AP Fab Tech employs over 100 skilled professionals, along with contractors, and boasts a nationwide presence with an annual turnover exceeding ₹100 crore. Under Mr. Srinivas’s leadership, the company continues to set industry benchmarks, earning a reputation for reliability and excellence.

His journey is a testament to resilience, visionary thinking, and the pursuit of continuous growth, making Mr. Raju Srinivas a respected name in the industry.

Mrs. Usha Rani

Managing Partner of AP Fab Tech

Mrs. Usha Rani G is the Managing Partner of AP Fab Tech and a key contributor to the company’s remarkable success. A 9th-grade graduate, she joined her husband, Mr. Raju Srinivas, in establishing AP Fab Tech and has been instrumental in its growth over the past 25 years. With her dedication, strategic thinking, and leadership, she has helped scale the company from an initial turnover of ₹50,000 to an annual turnover exceeding ₹100 crore.

Mrs. Usha Rani also holds prominent positions in reputed industry bodies. She serves as the Co-Chairman of Women Empowerment at KASSIA, is a member of the Peenya Industries Association (PIA), and an active member of the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI).

Her contributions have earned the company numerous awards in various MSME categories, and her efforts have been widely recognized by clients and industry peers. Mrs. Usha Rani’s commitment to excellence and her leadership have been integral to the continued success and reputation of AP Fab Tech.
